• Improve communication skills

• Increase self-awareness/self esteem
• embrace change as a positive growth opportunity
• identify and resolve fear blocks
• understand each other's differences in processing information

GOAL:    To use skills and techniques to improve communication and resolve conflicts that block teamwork.
