I - Full Day Educators will gain the necessary tools and techniques to successfully reach and teach any student. They will acquire the information, insight, and skills to help their students choose to stop their negative behavior by learning how to identify and understand the major reasons behind their students actions and learning challenges. By the end of the program, teachers will rediscover their passion for teaching and know the major reasons behind any student's behavior. THE PROGRAM AGENDA:

II - Full Or Half Day - Hands-On Seminar Teachers will... Compile a list of their most "at risk" students Divide into groups (team teaching, pods, subjects or grade levels) Identify each student's profile pattern. by defining the following:
Create techniques and programs to meet their needs. Examine and Assess each student's profile and create strategies to meet their needs. Educators will understand and know how to deal with the different ways their students act and have the answers to "Why Do They Act This Way?"
YOUR PRESENTER: Available for Keynote Speaker Mary Louise Blakely is the president and CEO of Azuray Learning, Inc., a corporation that creates, produces, and markets multi-sensory learning tools and programs through her learning center. She has devoted over 20 years to teaching and creating educational and personal achievement programs for children and adults. Mary Louise is a learning specialist, educator, author, professional speaker, clinical master hypnotherapist, and national radio talk show guest. She specializes in multi-sensory learning and training techniques, stress relief/anger management, and conflict resolution. Her B.S. and M.A. degrees include Teaching Reading, Teaching the Emotionally Impaired and Psychology. After fifteen years, Mary Louise left her public school classroom in 1991 to work in her learning center, the Azuray Learning Center, where she continues to teach and work with individuals and groups in the educational and business arena. Mary Louise has worked with the gifted, as well
as the mentally, emotionally, physically, and academically challenged.
She created and taught a college course Multi-sensory Techniques
For The Classroom. Her book, Why Not You?, is currently used
in several universities as part of their curriculum. Mary Louise's expertise
has taken her into numerous schools and businesses, where she offers training
seminars, classes, lectures, and serves as an individual and group consultant.
