She is the CEO and President of Azuray Learning Inc.. Mary is a professional speaker in schools and businesses where she offers seminars and classes on conflict resolution, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and the en hancement of personal power. She is currently serving as the director of the Reach and Teach Partnership Program model for expelled students, dropout students, and home schooled students.

As a national radio talk-show guest and former radio talk-show host, Mary has helped to motivate people from all walks of life by blending her expertise as a learning and behavior specialist, anger management/stress consultant, clinical master hypnotherapist, and educator into her individual and group programs..
